  CURRENT PROJECTS:

      We are developing a software to analyse large networks ( metabolic networks,
      neural networks, genetic networks, or even word wide web)under the guidelines
      of Dr.Ramesh Anishetty,Institute of Mathmatical Sciences,Chennai.



  Knowledge in Computers:

      *  Parallel progamming in C and C++ using MPI (Message Passing Interface),
          STL (Standard Template Library), socket programming, familiar with programming
          tools such as gdb(debugger), make utility, strace, ldd, dynamic data structures.

      *  using regular expressions in perl, socket programming in perl, using perl debugger.

      *  familiar with vim and bioinformatics softwares like Gromacs, Clustal, blast, fasta,
          ghemical, rasmol.
